Questions
Do you have employer pricing?
We set up employer programs case by case, so there is no public employer price list. Email us with your team size and what you have in mind. Individual plans start at $59.49 a month.
Can employees use their HSA or FSA?
Possibly, through reimbursement. HipTrain works with Truemed: employees pay with a regular card, take Truemed's private health survey the same day, and if a licensed provider finds them eligible they get a Letter of Medical Necessity in 1 to 2 days and submit for HSA or FSA reimbursement (Truemed says claims are usually paid in 2 to 4 weeks). Approval is never guaranteed, so employees should check their own plan.
Can employees try it first?
Yes. Every employee can start with a free first session, with no credit card needed.
What do employees need?
A phone, tablet or computer with a camera and an internet connection. No gym and no equipment. HipTrain works on the web, iOS and Android.
Is HipTrain only for fit people?
No. Coaches build each session around the person, including beginners, older adults and people working around injuries. Anyone with a health condition should check with their doctor first.
